I had the privilege of working with Hitesh in a Blockchain project for sometime at Accenture. Hitesh is proactive, result oriented, responsible and technically sound and he is always ready to put all his energy and time to get the job done. Hitesh is a great asset to any company.

Hitesh and I worked together through the year 2018 on multiple projects and it was great to have him on our team. He was also adept at teaching the rest of the team the limitations and possibilities of Data Science, while gathering industry feedback, quickly correcting any erroneous finding that may result from an effort backed purely by data science to add the industry 'flavor'. All in all, it was a pleasure working with him and thanks to his skill set, our effort lead to some strong solutions and insights. I worked with Hitesh in Quantiphi. He was the Go To Person in our team for anything related to machine learning and traditional statistics. The best part about him is that he first understands the end user and the business problem being solved and accordingly he used to his research for the business domain, then used to go through multiple research papers for algorithms and then used to execute things with perfection. He helped us in building point of views for business proposals and also was responsible in driving account growth with a new automotive customer by ensuring customer experience during the POC phase. Hitesh has been my direct reporting manager but, I haven’t ever felt that way. He has been a mentor more then a manager. The best thing I like about him is that he cares more about the team’s learnings then success but at the same time never fails to deliver what is needed.
